The one page every buyer reads — and nobody is using.
Encore puts upsell, discount, reorder and survey blocks on your Shopify thank-you and order status pages. Native A/B testing on every plan. Flat pricing that never climbs with your order count.
checkout.liquid touchedFour blocks. Both surfaces. Every plan.
The moment after checkout is the only moment you have 100% of a customer's attention. Encore is what you put there.
Recommendations Thank you
An LLM reads the order that was just placed and ranks what to show next. A hard guardrail stops it from ever suggesting the item they just bought — or the same item in another colour or size.
Discount code Thank you
Hand out a code for the next order while intent is still at its peak. Encore verifies the code is a real, running discount in your admin — so a block never advertises something checkout will reject.
Reorder Order status
One tap to buy the same order again, pre-filled. For consumables and refills this is the highest-converting block you can run, and it needs no configuration at all.
NPS & survey Order status
Ask while they still care about the order. One answer per order — a customer who comes back to check tracking is never asked twice. Results roll up by period in the dashboard.
Builder with a real preview
Add, arrange and configure blocks, then see them rendered on your most recent real order — not an invented one. Defaults work out of the box; the target is live in under 15 minutes.
Revenue analytics
Attributed revenue, conversion and AOV uplift per block — alongside dismiss and bounce rates, so a block that irritates people shows up on the same screen as the one that earns.
Split testing is not a higher tier here.
Most post-purchase apps put A/B testing behind their most expensive plan. Encore ships it on the free one, because a block you cannot test is a guess you are paying to keep.
The server picks the branch
Variants are assigned server-side and stay stable for an order, so one customer never sees two versions.
A browser that chooses its own branch cannot be trusted to report which one it chose — and your 50/50 split quietly drifts away from 50/50.
Conversion means what the block does
A sales block counts orders. A survey block counts answers. They have completely different base rates, so Encore never averages them into one misleading number.
orders/create webhook, not the browser.
No winner until there is one
The dashboard withholds a verdict while the sample is too small, and says so plainly instead of showing a lead that is really just noise.
One experiment comes pre-built: AI picks vs. static rules — so you can check whether the AI is worth keeping, on your own store.
Four steps, no developer
Encore installs as a Checkout UI extension. There is no theme code to edit and nothing to undo when Shopify changes the checkout.
Install
One click from the App Store. No theme edits, no checkout.liquid, no Plus requirement.
Build
Pick your blocks and arrange them, previewed on your most recent real order.
Publish
Blocks go live on the thank-you and order status pages. Each surface toggles independently.
Measure
Watch attributed revenue come in, then split-test any block against a second version.
What the customer sees. What you see.
A good month should not cost you more.
A bill you can predict
Volume-priced apps charge you more precisely when you are doing well. Encore's ceiling is $29 a month whether you ship 400 orders or 40,000.
Runs on the plan you are already on
Checkout UI extensions work on every Shopify plan. Nothing here needs Plus, and nothing here depends on checkout.liquid.
Recommendations that respect the customer
Re-pitching the thing someone bought sixty seconds ago reads as a broken store. Encore blocks that case outright, and falls back to static rules whenever the model is slow or unsure.
Numbers that can tell you bad news
Dismiss rate and bounce rate sit next to revenue, on purpose. An upsell that annoys people is a real cost, and you should be able to see it.
One axis. Nothing else changes.
Every plan has every feature. They differ only in how many orders showing a block a month they cover. Reach the cap and your blocks pause until the next month — nothing is charged on top, ever. Both paid plans give you the first month free: a real subscription from day one, with a $0 first invoice rather than a trial clock to beat. One per store.
Included on every plan
There is no feature gate anywhere in Encore. A small store cannot know in advance which capability it will need, so charging for that guess is not a pricing model — it is a trap.

Questions, answered
No. Encore's blocks are Checkout UI extensions on the thank-you and order status pages, which every Shopify plan can customise. Nothing touches checkout.liquid, so nothing of yours breaks when Shopify retires it.
No, and it cannot. A completed order is not editable and the thank-you page is read-only. An upsell opens a second, pre-filled checkout instead of modifying the first one. write_orders is permanently outside the app's scopes — not disabled, absent.
An order where the customer actually saw an Encore block. It is the only number that differs between plans, and it is the same number your analytics are built on — so the figure on your invoice and the figure on your dashboard never disagree. If you reach the cap, your blocks pause until the next month. There is no overage charge, because there is no mechanism to charge one.
Better than one: your first month on a paid plan is free, once per store. It is a 100% discount on the first 30-day period rather than a trial, so you are a subscriber from day one — the first Shopify invoice is $0 and charging starts at the next period. Seven days was never long enough to judge Encore: a block only appears on the thank-you page of a real order, so a store doing 80 orders a month would have seen fewer than 20 of them before the first charge. A full month gives you an attributed-revenue number worth trusting. Cancel any time before it renews and you are not charged. Free needs no card at all.
It refuses to, until there is enough data. Variants are assigned by the server and stay stable for a given order, conversion events arrive from the orders/create webhook rather than the browser, and conversion is defined per block type — a sales block counts orders, a survey block counts answers.
The block falls back to static rules — same collection, best-selling, in stock. There is a hard render budget: if the model has not answered in time, the rule-based version ships. A block never renders empty and never sits on a long spinner.
The builder is designed for under 15 minutes, and the defaults are usable without changing anything. The preview renders on your most recent real order, so you are approving what your customers will actually see rather than a stock mockup.
Your thank-you page is already getting the traffic.
